your success is our priority!

Our Mission

At Le Monde Languages, we believe that knowledge is power and languages are a huge professional advantage. We believe that although childhood is the best time to introduce a new language, it is never too late to start. Believe in yourself!

Meet our Educators

Richard (Rick)

Having worked with students across Europe, Canada, and Asia, Rick loves people and has been educating adults and children for more than 19 years. He holds a TESOL. Being a California native, Rick is a native English speaker with the American Stars' accent. He uses his knowledge of the Hollywood film and music industries to his advantage in his ESL classes. There is never a dull moment with him! He won't miss a chance to laugh and make you laugh. Rick's lessons are very much focused on conversation skills to allow students to progress quickly in order to reach their personal or professional goals. He will give you homework to allow you to practice and retain what has been discussed in class. He is also learning other languages which allows him to understand the challenges it can bring. He will go above and beyond for his students.

Outside of the classroom, Rick is a big giver. He volunteers a lot of his free time to help others and make the people around him as happy and comfortable as possible. He is passionate about travel, culture, and food! He is living his "Best life ever!"

Mariepier (Marie)

Marie is an instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. She holds a TESOL certification for language instruction and specializes in teaching ESL and FLE (French as a foreign language). She finds immense joy in creating a classroom environment where children have genuine fun while learning.
Marie’s teaching style is high-energy and encouraging, utilizing plenty of praise, rewards, high-fives, and emojis to build her students' self-esteem. She uses a combination of structured drills to help students perform tasks automatically and creative methods, such as role-play, games, and funny voices to nudge them gently out of their comfort zones. Having worked with students across Europe, Canada, and Asia, Marie especially enjoys the unique opportunity to work with students who use a different alphabet, helping them build their language skills "from the ground up" by associating new letters with sounds.
Every session with Marie is highly personalized; after an introductory lesson, she prepares custom materials, videos, and games tailored specifically for each student’s goals.

Outside of the classroom, Marie is a self-proclaimed "foodie" who travels with her husband to sample different cultures and cuisines, sushi and European dishes being among her favorites. She also dedicates her free time to volunteering and lives by the quote, "There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving."
